1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account information
When you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information you approve, such as your name, email address, and profile picture.
1.2 Uploaded document photos
You may upload document photos from your browser so the Service can create cleaned scan results. We process the uploaded files, page order, rotation data, generated output image URLs, and related job metadata needed to run the scan workflow.
1.3 Usage and technical data
We may collect standard technical information such as browser type, IP address, approximate region, referring pages, device information, timestamps, and error logs. We use this data to keep the Service reliable, debug issues, prevent abuse, and improve performance.
1.4 Free credits and future payment data
The Service currently provides a fixed number of free scans per day. We may process records related to credit usage, reset timing, and job counts. We do not currently offer paid purchases or subscriptions. If we add payment or subscription support later, we will not store full card details on our servers and will receive only the billing metadata needed to manage plans, subscription status, and payment events.
2. How We Use Information
- To upload, process, and return scanned document results.
- To authenticate your account and keep you signed in.
- To manage daily free scan credits and, in the future, payment or subscription status.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, rate-limit bypasses, and security incidents.
- To troubleshoot, monitor, and improve the Service.
- To comply with applicable laws and lawful requests.
3. File Storage and Retention
Uploaded document photos and generated scan results are stored only as long as needed to provide the Service and make exports available. Where lifecycle rules or cleanup jobs are configured, temporary files may be automatically deleted after the retention window. Please download any results you want to keep.
We do not sell uploaded documents or use them for advertising. Third-party processors involved in scanning or storage may process files only as needed to provide the Service, subject to their own policies.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted providers, including:
- Google OAuth for sign-in and account authentication.
- Object storage providers such as Cloudflare R2 or Qiniu Cloud for temporary file storage and signed upload/download access.
- Document-processing providers for cleaning and generating scanned document images.
- Google Analytics when enabled, for aggregate usage analytics.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, language routing, and session management. If analytics is enabled, analytics cookies may help us understand aggregate product usage. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
6. Security
We use safeguards such as HTTPS, signed URLs, access controls, and limited credential scope. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and protect your information.
7. Your Rights
