- How can I try the scanner for free?
- The Free plan lets you scan 1 image per day. Each scan includes a watermark, and you can process 1 image at a time. No credit card is required.
- What is the difference between monthly Pro, yearly Pro, and a credits pack?
- Monthly Pro is billed each month. Yearly Pro is billed once a year at 50% off the monthly rate. A credits pack is a one-time purchase of a fixed number of scans, not a subscription.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel from Manage Subscription in your account. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
- What do I get with Pro compared with a credits pack?
- Pro removes the daily limit and watermark, and lets you scan up to 15 images in one job with no credit cap. A credits pack also has no watermark and up to 15 images per scan, but each image uses 1 credit from a fixed balance. Image and PDF export is included on Free, Pro, and the credits pack.
- What is the credits pack?
- A one-time purchase of scan credits. Choose a pack size, credits never expire, and each credit scans one image.
- Can I buy a credits pack more than once?
- Yes. New credits add to your remaining balance and never expire. Each image still uses 1 credit.
